"Making employees proud to work for NFCA." On January 6, NFCA grandly held the signing ceremony of the 2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement with Zambian employees. Mr. Wang Jingjun, Chairman of the Company, represented the management and formally signed the labor agreement with representatives from the Zambia Mine Workers Union of Zambia (MUZ) and the National Union of Mining and Allied Workers (NUMAW). Mr. Chewe Joseph, National Chairman of MUZ, Mr. Simujika Saul, National Chairman of NUMAW, Mr. Xu Laixiang, Deputy General Manager of the Company, relevant principals of the two trade unions, and management members of the Company's branch trade unions attended the ceremony to jointly witness this important moment concerning enterprise development and employees' rights and interests.
