2025年11月6日，在联合国第二届社会发展世界首脑峰会（WSSD2）线上边会上，赞比亚中资矿业企业协会（CMEAZ）会长、中色非洲矿业有限公司董事长王晶军先生发表了题为《赞比亚绿色矿业的基础、潜力与方向》的主题演讲。他系统性地阐述了赞比亚矿业绿色转型的坚实基础、巨大潜力与未来路径，并分享了中资企业作为关键推动者的创新实践与坚定承诺。
本次边会由中关村绿色矿山产业联盟主办，汇聚了来自中国、赞比亚、印度尼西亚、刚果（金）、哈萨克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦等主要矿产国的行业代表，以及联合国工发组织（UNIDO）、经合组织（OECD）、伦敦金属交易所（LME）、ISEAL联盟、IRMA、荷宝投资（Robeco）等众多国际组织与机构的权威专家，共同为全球矿业的可持续发展建言献策。

On November 6, 2025, at the online side event of the 2nd World Summit for Social Development (WSSD2) at the United Nations, Mr. Wang Jingjun, President of the Chinese Mining Enterprises Association of Zambia (CMEAZ) and Chairman of NFCA, delivered a keynote speech entitled "The Foundation, Potential and Direction of Green Mining in Zambia". He systematically elaborated on the solid foundation, great potential and future path of Zambia's mining green transition, and shared the innovative practices and firm commitment of Chinese-funded enterprises as key enablers.
The side event was hosted by the Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance, bringing together industry representatives from major mineral-producing countries including China, Zambia, Indonesia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, as well as authoritative experts from numerous international organizations and institutions such as the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the London Metal Exchange (LME), the ISEAL Alliance, the Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA) and Robeco, to jointly offer suggestions for the sustainable development of the global mining industry.
Chairman Wang Jingjun's speech directly addressed the core challenges and investment opportunities of Africa's mining green transition, resonating widely at the event.
